Yoga Philosophy Workshop

We are honoured to have renowned author and speaker Swami Govindananda visit our centre in October presenting the workshop – ‘Yoga Philisophy Beyond the Mat’ . This 3.5 hr workshop picks up where the practice of physical yoga leads you to helping you develop a deeper understanding of the origins of yoga from a spiritual perspective. Thursday 29th October 1.30 – 4pm. Stay tuned for more information or call reception to book.

We now have a beautiful ’designer’ boardroom table for meetings, workshops etc. Lots of meeting options – table, stools, chairs, or move to cushions on the floor for a stretch or change of scenery.

saltwater buddha launch cancelled

Just recieved notification that Jaimal Yogis, author of the Saltwater Buddha is no longer able to join us on the Sunshine Coast next month for the launch of his new book. Hopefully he will make it at a later date.
